King Salmon also known as Chinook Salmon is the largest of all the species, some can grow to over 60 lbs. Sockeye Salmon is known for its deep red color and superb flavor. Coho Salmon is known for its vibrant color and versatility in the kitchen. Our Salmon specials are flown in daily from Chicago’s top Seafood Purveyors and sourced from Alaska.
