Di Pescara Anniversary Gift Card Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND ISNECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVECHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 9:00 AM CDT on September 23, 2025 and ending at 5:00 PM CDTSeptember 30 2025, enter for a chance to win a $100.00 DiPescara gift card, valid only at DiPescara 2124 Northbrook Court, Northbrook, IL 60062, with an approximate retail value of $100.00 (restrictions apply. See front and back of gift card for all limitations) by commenting on Instagram photo post on September 23, 2025 and tagging a friend in the comment section athttps://www.instagram.com/di_pescara/, (“Promotion Site”). To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: DiPescara Gift Card Sweepstakes, c/o Northbrook Seafood LLC 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2025, and received by 3:00 PM CDT October 7, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
One winner will be chosen randomly and notified by Instagram DM or email, depending on entry method, at or about 11:00 AM CDT October 7, 2025. Prize does not include alcoholic beverages, travel, transportation or accommodations of any kind. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $100.00.
How to claim your prize: The winner will be required to respond and accept the prize within 48 hours of sent message time. The Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize retrieval/mailing. Should in person prize pick-up be requested a valid government issued ID must be presented. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit“). Should winner choose to not redeem the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax purposes. If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the applicable time period or failsto execute the (if applicable) Affidavit or provide other documentation/information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may in their sole discretion consider such prize winner to have forfeited. Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly select another prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human and/or Sponsor error.
General Provisions: Gift card Limitations apply. See front and back of card for limitations and restrictions including but not limited to the following: Valid for one-time use only at participating locations of the restaurant designated on the front of card, valid for food and beverage only, not valid for tax or gratuity, not valid for private parties, catered events, merchandise, or gift card purchases. Not valid for online orders placed for pick up or delivery, not redeemable for cash or refund of any kind, no Frequent Diner club points will be issued for the transaction, cannot be combined with any other comp card or promotional offer. The following blackout dates may apply; Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. Prize is for one dine-in date only. No prize substitutions allowed, and no cash alternatives or refunds are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
All Employees of Northbrook Seafood LLC located at 2124 Northbrook Court, Northbrook, IL 60062(“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Your entry to this contest constitutes a full and complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and allSponsor decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners agree to release Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
