Alaska’s pristine and sustainably managed environment is closely managed to ensure there will be plentiful salmon for years to come, for both the local ecosphere and the dining public. King Salmon also known as Chinook Salmon is the largest of all the species, some can grow to over 60 lbs. Sockeye Salmon is known for its deep red color and superb flavor. Coho Salmon is known for its vibrant color and versatility in the kitchen. Coho boasts a mild, delicate flavor with a firm yet tender texture.
